2％氯亚明结合乙二胺四乙酸处理根管后对冠方微渗漏的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价2％氯亚明结合乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）作为根管冲洗液在根管预备过程中对根管冠方微渗漏的影响。方法30颗拔除的前磨牙单根管牙随机分为3组，每组10颗，不锈钢K锉预备过程中用以下列处理剂处理根管A组2％氯亚明；B组EDTA；C组2％氯亚明＋EDTA，并均采用冷牙胶侧方加压技术进行根管充填，染色法检测根管冠方微渗漏的长度。结果C组微渗漏值为（4．09±1．44）mm，均低于A组的（5．14±0．66）mm、B组的（4．52±0．41）mm（t=2．532，均P〈0．05）。结论将2％氯亚明与EDTA结合应用，能够提高清理根管的能力，去除玷污层，减少微渗漏。
