摘要
目的研究ADL评估量表在优质护理服务中应用效果。方法将160例神经内科患者根据住院的时间分成两组,每组80例。对照组在入院时给予常规的护理评估,按照医嘱给予分级基础护理以及生活护理;观察组在给予常规的入院护理评估的基础上再给予ADL评估,根据ADL评估的结果给予分级护理。结果观察组满意度以及基础护理合格率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ADL评估量表应用到神经内科患者的日常护理上,不仅使得护理服务有的放矢,还有助于护理资源的合理应用。
Objective To study the effect of ADL assessment scale on quality care in our department.Methods One hundred and sixty patients in our department were divided into two groups according to admission time,with 80 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given regular nursing assessment,classification based care and life care in accordance with the orders,the observation group was given ADL assessment on the basis of regular admission nursing assessment,classification according to the ADL assessment.Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group,as well as the pass rates of basic care were superior to those of the control group(P all <0.05).Conclusion ADL assessment scale applied to the daily care of neurology patients,not only can make care services targeted,but also contribute to the reasonable use of care resources.
