摘要
目的研究耳廓假囊肿应用持续负压引流术的治疗效果。方法将2009年1月至2011年6月长葛市人民医院初诊耳廓假囊肿患者86例随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组予持续负压引流治疗,对照组予常规手术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。对各指标率的变化采用组间t检验,计数资料采用组间χ2检验。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.0%(40/43),对照组治疗有效率为90.7%(39/43),两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.156,P=0.500)。观察组治疗满意度为97.7%(42/43),对照组治疗满意度为79.1%(34/43),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.242,P=0.015)。结论持续负压引流术治疗耳廓假性囊肿具有手术操作简便、创伤小、费用节省等特点,值得临床进一步验证应用。
Objective To study the treatment effect of continuous negative pressure drainage on auricular pseudocyst. Meth- ods Eighty-six cases of auricular pseudoeyst admitted in Changge people ＇ s hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 were ran- domly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group. The patients in observation group were given continu- ous negative pressure drainage treatment, and the patients in control group were treated with conventional surgery. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of rate of each index were analyzed by t test, and the count data were ana- lyzed by X2 test. Results The effective rate was 93. 0% （40/43） in observation group, and 90. 7 % （39/43） in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups （X2 = 0. 156, P = 0. 500 ）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.7% （42/43） , and the rate of the control group was 79.1% （34/43） , there was significant dift^renee between the two groups （ X2 = 7. 242, P =0. 015）. Conclusion Continuous negative pressure drainage for treatment of auricular pseudocyst has the advantage of simple surgical operation, little trauma, little cost, and it is worthy of further clinical validation application.
