摘要 目的研究急性心肌梗死患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)的变化及其意义。方法 59例急性心肌梗死患者,31例非急性心肌梗死患者,40例健康体检者,均采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清RBP4水平。结果急性心肌梗死患者血清RBP4高于其他组(P<0.01),冠脉介入手术前后血清RBP4水平有明显变化(P<0.01)。结论 RBP4可作为急性心肌梗死早期诊断和疗效观察指标。 Objective To investrgate the changes of serum retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) in patients with acute myocardi- al infarction and its significance. Methods The serum RBP4 levels in 59 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), 31 patients without AMI, 40 patients with healthy check-up were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent adso^39tion method (ELISA). Results The serum RBP4 levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction was higher than that in other groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ), serum RBP4 level changed after coronary intervention surgery ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion RBP4 can be used as early diagnosis and clinical observation index es of AMI.
