摘要
多媒体实验室在高校的建设和发展中已占据重要的地位,实验室是高校进行科研和教学的前沿阵地。实验室建设中,人才队伍的建设是其重要的组成部分,因而建设一支高素质的实验室人才队伍是实验室乃至整个高校发展的关键环节。本文在各大高校实验室管理者研究的基础上,拟对高校实验室人才队伍的建设作进一步的论述。
Multimedia laboratory is playing an important role in college construction and development, and the laboratory is the forward position of scientific research and teaching in college. In laboratory construction, the construction of talent team is an im- portant component. Based on the research of laboratory manage- ment in universities and colleges, this paper further elaborates the construction of laboratory talent team.
