摘要
培养创新意识、提高创新能力是研究生教育的核心和关键。本文首先对创新的概念和内涵进行剖析,然后重点分析影响和制约研究生创新能力提升的因素,最后就如何进行创新教育、提高创新能力给出了几点建议。
Training innovative consciousness and improving in- novative capability are the key of graduate education. Conception and connotation of innovation are explained in this paper first. Then the reasons which effect and restrict the improvement of in- novative capability are analyzed emphatically. At last, some ad- vices are brought out to improve the innovative capability.
