Progress in surgical treatment of colon cancer

摘要 近年来在结肠癌的规范化切除、转移灶、复发瘤的治疗以及腹腔镜应用方面均提出了较新的理念，尤其是完整结肠系膜切除（CME）观点的提出，从胚胎发育解剖学层面进行手术治疗，更具科学性和有效性，为结肠癌手术质量控制奠定了基础。 In recent years, some aspects of the standardized resection of colon cancer, metastases, recurrent tumor therapy and laparoscopic applications have new concepts. In particular, the view of complete mesocolic excision（CME） is more scientific and effective from the level of embryonic development and anatomy, which lays the foundation for controlling the quality of colon surgery.
