摘要
目的探讨康复锻炼指导在膝关节镜手术前后的应用。方法对75例膝关节镜手术患者施行科学有效的康复锻炼指导。结果本组患者通过康复锻炼指导,患肢功能恢复良好。结论对膝关节镜手术的患者进行早期科学有效的康复功能锻炼指导,是获得手术预期疗效的一个重要环节,对恢复和改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量具有重要的作用。
Objective To explore the guidance of rehabilitation exercise for preoperative and postoperative periods of arthroscopic knee surgery. Methods 75 patients with arthroscopic knee surgery were conducted with scientific and effective guidance of rehabilitation exercise. Results Through guidance of rehabilitation exercise, all the patients＇ affected limbs function recovered well. Conclusion The scientific and effective guidance of rehabilitation exercise for patients with arthro- scopic knee surgery plays an important role in achieving the expected surgical effect. It can not only restore and improve function of joints, but also improve the life quality of patients.
