摘要
目的观察及探究胎盘早剥的治疗及在治疗中应用硫酸镁溶液所起到的作用及效果。方法选取本院治疗的胎盘早剥患者124例,随机分成2组,实验组63例与对照组61例,实验组在治疗中加用硫酸镁,对照组在治疗中不做其他处理,观察2组患者治疗的结果及预后。结果治疗中实验组新生儿存活率明显高于对照组;实验组死胎率及死产率均小于对照组;其他观察指标无明显差异。产后2组各项观察指标均无统计学差异。结论硫酸镁应用于胎盘早剥治疗效果明显,有效提高了胎儿的存活率,值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the role ot magnesium sulfate in the treatment oI placental abruption. Methods A total of 124 patients with placental abruption in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 63） and control group （ n = 61 ）. The treatment group received magnesium sulfate and the control group did not. The outcomes and prognoses of the two groups were observed. Results Neonatal survival rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The stillbirth rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. There were no significant differences in other observations. All indexes were not statistically different between the two groups after delivery. Conclusion The application of magnesium sulfate in placental abruption treatment is effective in improving survival rate of the fe- tus. It is worthy of vigorous clinical application.
