摘要
目的应用护理路径对门诊输液老年患者进行健康教育,有效促进护患关系,提高老年患者及陪同人员对护士的综合满意率。方法将102名门诊输液老年患者随机分为2组,对照组采用传统的门诊健康教育方法,观察组采用护理路径对门诊输液老人进行健康教育,以陪护人员对护士的综合满意率,静脉输液一次成功率进行评价。结果观察组陪护人对护士健康教育的综合满意率,静脉输液一次成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用护理路径于门诊输液老年患者的健康教育对促进其健康恢复,预防疾病,提高护理质量,改善护患关系具有积极作用。
Objective Application of nursing approach in health education for elderly pa- tients with outpatient infusion can effectively promote the nurse- patient relationship and improve the comprehensive satisfaction rate of elderly patients and accompany persons to nursing staffs. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with outpatient infusion were divided into two groups. The control group received conventional outpatient health education while the observation group re- ceived nursing approach health education. The assessment was made according to the satisfaction rate of accompanying persons to nursing staff and the success rate of first venous transfusion. Re- sults The satisfaction rate of accompanying persons to nursing staffs and the success rate of first venous transfusion in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of nursing approach in health education for elderly patients with outpatient infusion plays a positive role in promoting the recovery of the patients, preventing the disease and improving the nursing quality as well as nurse - patient relationship.
