摘要
目的分析在ICU护理工作中融入持续性人文关怀理念的积极作用。方法将2010年4月～2012年4月广东省中医院大学城医院104例ICU患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规ICU护理,实验组在常规护理工作中融入持续性的人文关怀理念,观察对比两组患者ICU住院期间的焦虑程度、舒适度。结果实验组患者焦虑程度更低,舒适度高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU常规护理工作中融入持续性人文关怀理念具有较好的效果。
Objective To research and analysis into the positive role of the persistent concept of humane care in ICU care. Methods The hospital in April 2010 to April 2012 104 cases of ICU patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group received routine ICU care, the experimental group into the persistence of the concept of humane care in routine care, observed and compared two le;eel of anxiety of the patients during the ICU stay, comfort. Results Lower level of anxiety in experimental group patients, high comfort, compared with the control group patients were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ICU routine care work into the persistent concept of humane care with good results.
