实时超声弹性成像对乳腺结核的诊断价值

摘要 目的研究乳腺结核的超声弹性成像表现,评价超声弹性成像在其诊断中的价值。方法应用高频彩超对23例乳腺结核病灶进行分析,观察结节的大小、形状、边界、内部回声、钙化,结节内血流丰富程度及频谱分析,采用弹性5分评分法对23例乳腺结核病灶进行分析。结果有91.3%(21/23)乳腺结核的超声弹性成像评分为1~2分,有8.7%(2/23)超声弹性成像评分为3~4分。结论绝大多数乳腺结核病灶硬度较小,超声弹性成像评分较低,有助于诊断。 Objective To study the ultrasonic elasticity imaging of breast tuberculosis, and evaluate the value of ultrasonic elasticity imaging in the diagnosis. Methods 23 cases of breast tuberculosis by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed; the size,shape, boundary, internal echo, calcification of nodule were observed; the rich blood level and spectrum in nodule were analyzed; 23 cases of breast tuberculosis were analyzed by the elastic 5 score. Results The ultrasonic elasticity imaging scores of 91.3% (21/23) breast tuberculosis was 1-2, and 8.7% (2/23) was 3- 4. Conclusion Most of breast tuberculosis are lower hardness, ultrasonic elasticity imaging score lower, and it's helpthl in the diagnosis.
