摘要
以化学转化法制备的氧化石墨烯为复合物载体,采用水热法成功合成了氟化镧/氧化石墨烯纳米复合物,使用XRD、SEM对产品进行了表征。结果表明,对反应体系的物料比、反应温度及反应时间的控制是影响产品合成的主要因素。最后,使用室温荧光光谱对复合物的荧光光谱特征进行了分析。
The graphene oxide as complex carrier was prepared by chemical transformation prepared, and lanthanum fluoride/graphene oxide nanocomposites were Successfully synthesized through hydrothermal method, and produces were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the main factors affecting the preparation of products were the proportion of materials, reaction temperature and reaction time. In addition, fluorescence properties of the composites were analyzed by fluorescent spectra at room temperature.
