绿茶样品粒度对近红外光谱图和模型的影响 被引量:5

Effect of green tea particle size on near infrared spectrogram and nitrogen content model

摘要 近红外光谱分析对样品粒径大小和均匀度要求较高。试验采用2种粉碎机以及不同种类的绿茶,研究粒度对NIRS光谱图和模型的影响。结果表明样品粒度与近红外吸收强度相关,随着粒径的增大而增加;茶样粒径越小、越均匀,图谱稳定性越好。超离心研磨机适用于不同品种的绿茶,茶叶粉碎样完整且均匀度好,0.5mm的绿茶含氮量近红外分析模型外部验证RMSEP和相关系数分别为0.115、0.9935,模型的预测性能非常好,能满足检测要求。 Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) analysis has a higher request on sample size and evenness. With two kinds of grinder and green tea, the effect of green tea particle size on near infrared spectrogram and model were researched. The results show that sample particle size was related to near infrared absorbance which can increase following the increase of particle size. The particle size smaller and evenness can helpful for improving the spectrogram stability. The ultra-centrifugal grinding machine is suitable for different kinds of green tea, tea crushing sample is complete and the homogeneous degree is good. Near-infrared analysis model RMSEP and correlation coefficient of 0.5 mm of green tea nitrogen content is 0.115 and 0.9935 respectively. The prediction performance is very good and can meet the detection requirements.
