摘要
历史街区的保护和复兴是当今关乎城市发展的重要议题之一。历史街区的保护与复兴,需要多方利益相关者的共同参与和合作。但是在市场机制下,由于各方追求的利益不同,导致对历史街区的保护并未达到理想效果。本文引入利益相关者与合作博弈理论,在具体识别利益相关者及其利益诉求的基础上,建立合作博弈机制以促进城市历史街区的真正复兴。
The historic districts of different times record the context of urban development. Protection and rehabilitation of the historic district are important issues in the city development. The stakeholders should cooperate and join the protection and rehabilitation of the historic district. But the result of protection and rehabilitation of the historic district is not obvious in the context of market economy because the stakeholders will pursue their own goals. This essay introduces the theory of stakeholders and cooperative game and tries to establish a cooperative game mechanism for the revival of historic districts, based on identifying the stakeholders and their interests.
