摘要
从煤矸石的化学成分及矿物组成入手,论及煤矸石活性的来源,并通过实验的方法研究了未燃煤矸石的最佳煅烧温度和养护条件对煤矸石制品强度活性的影响。实验结果表明:(1)以高岭石为主的煤矸石最佳煅烧温度为650~950℃;以云母矿为主的煤矸石,最佳温度为1000~1050℃。(2)不同养护条件下,制品强度活性的关系为:蒸压制品大于蒸养制品,蒸养制品大于自然常温养护制品。
Study on coal-refuse activity by starting with chemical composition and mineral constituent of coal-refuse, to fine the most optimal calcination temperature and the effect of intensity-activity that curing conditions exert on silicate products made from coal-refuse have been conducted. The results showed: (1) as to the coal-refuse mainly consisted of kaolinite, whose most optimal calcination temperature was from 650℃ to 950℃; as to the coal-refuse mainly composed of mica, it was from 1000℃ to 1050℃. (2) Under different curing conditions, connection of intersity-activity of products showed as follows; the intensity-activity of steam curing product was larger than that of ordinary curing product; the intensity-activty of autoclave-curing product was larger than that of steam-curing product.
