Influence Factors Analysis of Rural Labor Migration in Western Minority Areas—A Study Based on a Multilevel Logistic Models

摘要本文基于西部少数民族地区农户转移的微观调查数据,根据西部民族地区劳动力转移的实际情况和相关的劳动力转移理论,构建了一个两水平的Logistic回归模型,并利用该模型定量分析了农户的家庭因素、所处行政村的经济、社会发展水平和自然环境等对红河州农户家庭劳动力转移的影响程度,最后据此提出了促进西部少数民族地区农村劳动力转移的相关政策建议。 Based on a micro-data of farmer＇s migration in the minority-inhabited western regions of Yun- nan province as well as relevant labor-force migration theory, we establish a two-level Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors that affect the rural labor transfer in Hong-he region of Yunnan province. The influence magnitude of family-related factors, suburban economical situation, social de- velopment level and environmental circumstances is studied. Finally some relative policy suggestions are glven.
