摘要
1998年7月、11月和1999年1月、4月,对上海潮滩进行连续采样和观测的基础上,用原子吸收法测试了110个表层沉积物中的Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr和Cd的含量。结果表明:(1)上海潮滩表层沉积物重金属含量有如下顺序:Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb>> Cd。(2)在自然条件下,从高潮滩到中、低潮滩,沉积物重金属的含量递减。(3)不同的采样位置对沉积物重金属的含量有显著影响。(4)根据各采样点沉积物重金属的含量而进行的聚类分析表明,上海潮滩可分为3类:Ⅰ类为浏河口至朝阳农场的岸段,该段遭受了较为严重的人为污染;Ⅱ类为朝阳农场至芦潮港之间的南汇东滩;Ⅲ类为芦潮港至金丝娘桥岸段,后两类重金属的含量均较低,产生差异主要与沉积动力密切相关。
Based on successive observation of Shanghai tidal flat, this study used 110 surfacical sediment samples collected in January, April, July and November 1999 respectively. The concentrations of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr and Cd in the sediments have been analyzed by using atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that heavy metals of Shanghai tidal flat were found in the following order: Zn > Cu > Cr > Pb >>Cd and heavy metals tended to decrease from high tidal flat to middle-low tidal flat. The concentrations were different in various sampling sites. Classification of sampling sites differentiated three clusters based on heavy metals concentrations.
