摘要
利用XAD-8/XAD-4树脂将污水处理厂二级出水中的溶解性有机物(DOM)分为疏水性有机酸(HPO-A)、疏水性中性有机物(HPO-N)、过渡亲水性有机酸(TPI-A)、过渡亲水性中性有机物(TPI-N)和亲水性有机物(HPI),研究其对PVDF超滤膜污染性能的影响。结果表明,二级出水中DOM对超滤膜污染的顺序为疏水性有机物>过渡性亲水性有机物>亲水性有机物。二级出水的五种组分中,重均分子量(Mw)呈现出HPO-A>TPI-A>HPO-N>HPI>TPI-N的趋势,说明分子量大小与膜污染成正比。有机物对膜的污染程度和膜对有机物的去除率相关性不大。反洗对超滤膜去除有机污染的效果良好,特别是NaOH+NaClO的混合反洗水对有机污染物的去除效果最好,能够使膜的比通量恢复率达到58%。
Using XAD-8/XAD-4 resins,extractable dissolved organic matter(DOM)fractions in secondary effluent from wastewater treatment plant were fractionated into five classes: hydrophobic acid(HPO-A),hydrophobic neutral(HPO-N),transphilic acid(TPI-A),transphilic neutral(TPI-N),and hydrophilic fraction(HPI).Furthermore,the study of the effects on PVDF ultrafiltration membrane pollution performance was carried out.The order of pollution of UF for DOM was hydrophobic transphilic hydrophilic in secondary effluent,The order of Mw for this five fraction was HPO-ATPI-AHPO-NHPITPI-N,which indicated that the size of the molecules was in proportional to the pollution on the membrane.There was no relationship between the degree of DOM contamination and the removal rate of DOM in UF.Back washing showed a good performance on organic pollution removal on membrane,especially the back washing liquid composed of NaOH+NaClO solution,which could make the flux increased to 58%.
