急性广泛前壁心肌梗死急性完全性小肠梗阻患者的麻醉一例

摘要 患者，男，61岁。因“急性广泛前壁心肌梗死，心功能KillipⅡ级”入院。因患者发病超过12h，给予冠心病Ⅱ级预防治疗，未予以溶栓治疗。患者入院后9d突发腹痛、腹胀、呕吐胃内容物，并伴低热。查体全腹压痛，结合腹部平片及腹部CT，诊断为“急性完全性小肠梗阻”。保守治疗2d，症状无明显缓解，遂急诊行“剖腹探查术”。
