摘要
随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,越来越多的毕业生走向就业市场,激烈的就业竞争迫使大学生的就业重心不断向基层岗位下移,要求高校对这一趋势做出回应。尽管国家一再对人才培养制度的各个环节进行面向基层的政策导向,但这些政策的落实却举步维艰。调研表明,当前高校仍然存在学科专业设置和课程教学脱离大学生基层就业实际、面向基层的社会实践尚未得到充分重视、就业指导中基层就业导向不明等不利于大学生面向基层就业的影响因素,为此,亟需高校人才培养制度进行针对性的改革。
With the popularization of higher education, more and more graduates are entering into employment market. The fierce employment competition forces college students to find occupations in grassroots units, which demands the responds of higher education institutions. However, though the government encourages talents flow to the grassroots with relevant preferential policies in talents cultivation institution, the implementation of related policies is difficult to be achieved. The investigation shows that there are still some factors hindering college graduates employment in grassroots units including: disciplines, specialties and course planning is detached from grassroots employment demands; the social practice in grassroots is not regarded as the focus; the orientation in grassroots in terms of employment guidance is not clear, which demands the specific reform of talents cultivation in higher education.
