摘要
在促使农民专业合作社的形成与发展过程中文化生态的作用非常重要。地域文化催生了农户种植群,并与外来文化相互交融,促使农民合作文化不断演化,从而推动合作社的形成与不断发展。在合作社的发展过程中,文化生态内部结构优化可以提升农民之间的合作关系质量,文化生态外联结构优化可以提高农民的学习能力,文化生态纵向结构优化可以改变合作社的整体发展路径。针对文化生态的作用,本文以江西省于都县贡江镇东溪蔬菜专业合作社的发展为例进行了阐释。
In the improvement of the Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Jiangxi,there are three cultural cycles are interacting:local cultural cycle,cooperative cultural cycle and extra cultural cycle.It has given birth to the farmers groups to planting agriculture products for the Jiangxi local culture,and it has given birth to and been improved to the Farmer Professional Cooperatives for the forming of cooperative culture with the blending of the traditional local culture and external commercial culture.It is very important for the Farmer Professional Cooperatives development with the optimization of the cultural ecology from internal and external structure as well as the integration of local and extra culture,which has been explained by taking the DongXi Farmer Professional Cooperatives of GongJiang town in YuDu county of Jiangxi as example.
