摘要
本文以《少数民族事业"十一五"规划》的总体目标为依据,结合少数民族事业发展的主要目标和任务,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,并经过反复研究和征求专家意见,最终确定分别从经济发展、人民生活、社会和谐、社会发展和生态环境5个方面入手,选取35个核心指标对少数民族事业的发展状况进行综合评价监测。通过以广西壮族自治区所作的实证研究表明,构建的少数民族事业发展综合评价监测体系切实、可靠、有效和可行。
The paper does a comprehensive evaluation and monitoring for the development of the minority cause on the basis of the overall goal of Minority Cause ' Eleven Five ' Planning and the main goal and task of the development of the minority cause.It selects 35key indexes from the economy development,peoples'living,social harmony,social development,and ecological environment by consulting the experts,as well as referring to the relative studies from domestic and foreign academic circles,especially doing many indepth studies.The empirical studies from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region indicates that it is feasible and effective for the construction of the system of the comprehensive evaluation and monitoring for the development of the minority cause.
