摘要
[目的 ]了解宁波市售保健用品卫生状况。 [方法 ]在宁波市区选择营业面积 80 0 m2 以上的 10家大型商场调查所售 2 76件保健品功效及审批情况 ,外包装及标识情况。 [结果 ]2 76件保健品主要包括 :药理作用类(5 5 .0 7% )、磁 (矿 )化类 (2 3.5 5 % )、机械作用类 (9.0 6 % )、净化加温加湿类 (5 .0 7% )、辐射及离子化作用类(3.2 6 % )和性保健类 (0 .72 % )等。功效鉴定率、卫生许可证和批准文号领取审批率分别为 16 .6 7%、 15 .94%和42 .0 3%。外包装标识率 <10 0 %的有 :磁 (矿 )化类的厂名、厂址、生产日期标识 (88.89% ) ,药理作用类、机械作用类和净化加温加湿类的生产日期标识 (75 .38%、 99.34 %和 76 .0 0 % ) ,其余产品标识率均为 10 0 %。 [结论 ]需加强保健品的卫生管理 ,制订相关的法律法规及卫生标准。
Objective]To understand the sanitary status of health care products sold in Ningbo [Methods]The sanitary stutus,such as efficacy identification,approval by sanitary administration,package and its sanitary label of the health care products collected from 10 large scale department stores with business area 800 m 2 and over in urban area of Ningbo were investigated [Results]The collected 276 health care products,according to its health productive actions,were mainly devided into medicative (55 07%),magnetization and mineralization(23 55%),physico mechanical(9 06%),purification,heating and moisturization(5 07%),radiation and ionization(3 16%) and promoting sexual potency(0 72%) The rate of products recieving efficacy identification,sanitary licence and the ratified number of sanitary administration was 16 67%,15 94% and 42 03% respectively The qualified rate of sanitary labeling of product package below 100%,was noticed in following items of products the name of manufactory,address and manufacture date of magnetization and mineralization health care products(88 89%);the manufacture date of medicative health care products(75 38%),physico mechanical health care products (99 34%) and purification heating moisturization health care products(76 00%) The sanitary labeling rates of other health care products were 100% [Conclusion]The sanitary management of health care products should be more strengthened,the relative sanitary laws,regulations and criteria should be established
