摘要
[目的 ]探讨补充加氯控制旅客列车二次供水微生物污染的效果。 [方法 ]对实验室条件下用脱氯自来水制成的人工污染大肠埃希氏菌水样及现场旅客列车水箱水进行二次补充加氯 ,分别用 3,3′,5 ,5′-四甲基联苯胺分光光度法和半乳糖苷酶膜荧光分析法检测水中游离性余氯和总大肠菌群 (TC)。 [结果 ]实验室条件下脱氯自来水加氯后水中游离性余氯≥ 0 .0 9mg/ L ,5 min可全部杀灭人工污染的大肠杆菌 ;列车水箱水经三种方式补充加氯 (一次性加氯 2 .4mg/ L ,多次加氯 0 .6 mg/ L ,间歇加氯 1.2 mg/ L )水中游离余氯从 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 4mg/ L上升至 0 .5 6~ 0 .73mg/ L,首次加氯 30 m in~ 11h后水中 TC仍未检出。 [结论 ]旅客列车二次供水系统补充加氯可提高水中游离性余氯水平 ,防止粪源性微生物的再次污染。
Objective]To explore the effects of rechlorination on controlling the microbiological pollution of secondary water supply system on trains[Methods]Rechlorination was done in dechlorinated tap water samples artificially prepared with E coli in laboratory and in water of water storage tank on passenger train under work site conditions.The levels of free available chlorine were determined with 3,3',5,5'-tetrametyl benizidine spectrophotometry and galactosidase membrane fluorescence analysis and the total coliforms were detected.[Results]100% kill of E.coli added to dechlorinated tap water was noticed after rechlorination in 5 minutes at concentration >9 mg/L of residual free available chlorine in laboratory conditions,Under work site conditions,the levels of residual free available chlorine in water storage tank on passenger train could be raised from 0 02~0 04 mg/L to 0 56~0 73 mg/L by three rechlorination methods as follows respectively,one-time rechlorination with 2 4 mg/L free chlorine,multiple-time rechlorination with 0 6 mg/L free chlorine and intermittent chlorination with 1 2 mg/L free available chlorine (calculated dosage as terminal concentration).E coli were not found in the storage tank water in 30 minutes to 11 hours after the first-time rechlorination [Conclusion]Rechlorination on the secondary water supply system on passenger train,could increase the levels of residual free available clorine in water,and prevent water from secondary fecal microbiological pollution
