摘要
简单介绍了国务院关于实施最严格水资源管理制度的政策文件的出台情况,认为电镀行业用水(尤其是对地下水的利用必将受到严格限制。指出电镀行业节水减排的重点在于节约清洁用水,主张科学务实地采用电导控水技术来节水。
The policy document on implementing the most stringent water resources management system produced by the State Council of China was briefly introduced. It is believed that the water usage especially the utilization of underground water in electroplating industry must be strictly limited. The key to save water and reduce emission in electroplating industry is the conservation of cleaning water. It is recommended to scientifically and pragmatically apply the conductivity water control technology to water saving.
