摘要
在介绍广东省现有电力骨干通信传输网现状的基础上,阐明通信传输网优化技术的研究内容,提出省通信传输技术优化方案—将省通信传输A网高速层地区局网剥离主环网;优化通道组织;将省骨干通信传输A网高速层与骨干层融合;省骨干通信传输B网使用外置放大器以及这些方案详细的实现过程。省通信传输网优化效果显著,2011年度广东省220 kV及以上生产实时控制业务通道平均中断时间仅为0.417 min,大大提高了广东省通信传输网及业务通道可靠性,保障电网的安全可靠运行。
Based on introducing existing mainstay communication transmission network, this paper states research contents of optimization technology and proposes an optimization scheme and specified realization progress of it for provincial communi- cation transmission technology which is to strip the high speed district local area network of the provincial communication transmission A network from the main ring network, optimize the channel organization, mix the high speed layer with the mainstay layer and use external amplifier for the transmission B network. Optimization effect of the provincial conmaunica- tion transmission network is obvious which performs in that the average interrupt time for productive real-time control busi- ness channel is only 0. 417 min for 220 kV and above in Guangdong province in 2011. Thus, it improves reliability greatly of the commnunication transmission network and business channel for Guangdong province and guarantees safe and reliable operation of the grid.
