摘要
正常状态下,脂质具有抵抗炎症反应的作用,脂质代谢或脂质结构的异常状态,能够诱导炎症介质的产生和分泌异常,反而产生致炎作用。但炎症介质又可加重脂质氧化及其结构变化,再次诱导产生炎症介质,因此,脂质能够发挥抗炎或致炎两方面的作用。
Under normal condition,lipid has the resistance effect against inflammation.Abnormal metabolism and structures of lipid may increase the generation of inflammatory mediators,which exacerbates inflammation further through promoting lipid oxidation and structural alteration.Therefore,lipid not only shows effects against inflammation but also can induce inflammation.
