The development of many cardiovascular diseases, such as essential hypertension(EH),is closely related to the structure damage and dysfunction of the vascular endothelial cells. The dysfunction of endothelial cell,on the one hand, can decrease the production and secretion of NO.On the other hand,Ca2+ might be wrongly handled by membrane. Both NO and Ca2+ play an important role in the development of hypertension through itself alone or the interaction between them.
