摘要
目的:探讨应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法:2006-06~2011-12采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗36例Pilon骨折,从术后并发症情况、骨折愈合率患、愈合时间及踝关节功能等方面,对手术疗效进行评价。结果:随访4~24个月,术后3例切口皮肤边缘坏死、不愈合,经过换药等对症治疗愈合,1例切口感染、皮肤全层坏死骨外露,经清创换药及皮瓣转移愈合,无骨折不愈合,平均愈合时间15.2周,采用Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统进行评定,优18例,良13例,可3例,差2例,优良率86.1%。结论:应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折可以获得良好的疗效。
Objective:To Investigate the effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods:Collect 36 cases of Pilon fracture from June 2006 to December to evaluate the effect from the aspects of postoperative complications,fracture healing rate,healing time and ankle function.Results:The patients were followed up from 4 to 24 months after operation,3 cases of skin necrosis,edge incision healing after dressing,symptomatic treatment of healing,1 cases of wound infection,skin necrosis and bone exposure after debridement,dressing change and transfer of skin flap healing.No cases of nonunion,the average healing time was 15.2 weeks,the uses of Mazur formulation ankle symptom and function score system for evaluation,and in 18 cases,good in 13 cases,efficacy of general 3 cases,and poor in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 86.1%.Conclusions:The application of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of Pilon fractures can obtain good effect.
