摘要
利用Arcgis将航拍DEM数据转换为渭河下游河道地形数据,采用Delft 3D生成正交曲线计算网格,并模拟不同工况下洪水在河道及淹没区的演进过程,实现了河道及溃堤洪水演进的实时动态演示,可以为洪水风险分析及防洪调度决策提供参考依据。
The aerial DEM data is transformed into the terrain data of Wei River downstream on the based of arcgis.An orthogonal curvilinear calculation mesh is drawn with the help of Delft 3D,The simulations of the flood evolution in the river and flood storage at the different condition are done.A real-time and dynamic demonstration of the flood evolution is accomplished.It can provide a reference for the decision of flood controlling.
