摘要
通过CNKI数据库,以南京大学中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)期刊为基础,梳理近10年我国关于创新管理研究领域的成果,认为目前我国的创新管理研究成果丰富,视角多元,方法多样,已经初步形成独有的研究领域,但存在过于注重技术因素而忽略了战略、文化、环境等非技术因素的问题,并对未来全面、开放、系统的企业创新管理研究提出展望。
The paper teases apart the research results on innovation management in the last 10 years from CNKI database and academic journals of CSSCI. It concludes that there are rich achievements, diversified perspectives and various meth- ods in the study of technical innovation theory, but the study pays too much attention to the factor of technology and ignores the factors of strategy, culture and environment etc. The future directions and some problems worthy of studying are also ad- dressed at last.
