摘要
目的分析探讨肠内营养干预对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法将80例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为A组(肠外营养干预组)与B组(肠内营养干预组),各40例。分析比较两组患者术前、术后的免疫功能。结果术后8 d,B组的NK细胞活性、CD3+、CD4+、IgA、IgM的含量均较术前显著升高(P<0.05),但CD8和IgG与术前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),A组术后的NK细胞活性、T淋巴细胞亚群、血清免疫球蛋白与术前比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。B组术后的各项免疫指标均明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养干预可以显著提高胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的机体免疫功能,提高患者的生命质量,值得临床广泛推广。
[Objective] To analyze enteral nutrition intervention on the impact of immune function for the patients with gastrointestinal cancer. [ Methods ] 80 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into group A (parenteral nutrition intervention group) and group B (enteral nutrition intervention group), and 40 cases of each group. The immune function were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after the surgery. [Results] After 8 days of the surgery, group, NK cell activity, the contents of CD3~, CD4+, IgA, IgM were signifi- cantly higher than before (P 〈0.05), however, there were no significant differences in CD8 and IgG before and after the surgery (P 〉0.05), after the surgery, NK cell activity, T lymphocyte subsets, serum immunoglobulin in group A had no statistically significant compared with the preoperative (P 〉0.05). The immune parameters in group B were significantly higher than group A(P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Enteral nutrition intervention can significantly improve the immune function of the patients with gastrointestinal cancer, improve quality of life, and it is worth to be applied in clinical.
