摘要
以攀钢集团有限公司的铁尾矿、高岭土、钾长石和石英为原料,通过配方及工艺的调整,制备出烧成温度在1180℃,吸水率、抗折强度及耐磨性符合国家标准的低成本的黑色玻化砖。这里分析讨论了攀钢铁尾矿对玻化砖的呈色、制备工艺及材料性能的影响。
Using the iron tailings of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd, kaolin, potash feldspar and quartz as raw materials. And with the adjustment of the formula and process, a low cost black vitrified tile is prepared. The firing temperature of the black vitrified tile is 1180E , and the water absorption, flexural strength and wear resistance are all accord with the national standard.
