利用攀钢铁尾矿制备黑色玻化砖的研究 被引量:11

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF BLACK VITRIFIED TILE USING THE PANGANG IRON TAILINGS

摘要 以攀钢集团有限公司的铁尾矿、高岭土、钾长石和石英为原料,通过配方及工艺的调整,制备出烧成温度在1180℃,吸水率、抗折强度及耐磨性符合国家标准的低成本的黑色玻化砖。这里分析讨论了攀钢铁尾矿对玻化砖的呈色、制备工艺及材料性能的影响。 Using the iron tailings of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd, kaolin, potash feldspar and quartz as raw materials. And with the adjustment of the formula and process, a low cost black vitrified tile is prepared. The firing temperature of the black vitrified tile is 1180E , and the water absorption, flexural strength and wear resistance are all accord with the national standard. This paper analyzed the effects of Pangang iron tailings on the coloration, preparation process and material properties of the black vitrified the.
