摘要
通过对个旧市 2 0 0 0年和 2 0 10年大气SO2 排放量的预测及对环境空气质量的影响预测 ,提出SO2 污染防治措施以及SO2 削减计划 ,从而确定出既能满足个旧市环境空气质量功能分区目标 ,又与国家对酸雨控制区的规划目标一致的个旧市 2 0 0 0年至 2 0 10年大气SO2 总量控制目标 ,以确保酸雨和SO2
Through calculating Gejiu city 2000-2010 eliminating amount of air SO 2 and foreeasting influence of environmental air quality, it puts forward the preventing and remedying measures of SO 2 pollution and plan of reducing SO 2, and so determine a goal which satisfies of quality functional area of Gejiu city environmental air and also is some with etate's planning goal of acid-rain control area as Gejiu city 2000 to 2010 control goal of total air SO 2amount and in order to be sure to checking continously worsening trend of acid-rain and SO 2.
