摘要
在总结国内外经验的基础上,云南金沙江中游水电开发有限公司积极探索通过流域开发规划体系的研究,促进利益相关方和开发多目标的统一,实现流域水资源的科学、有效利用,并在国内率先实践,在流域水电开发管理上取得了一定的成效,可为今后流域水电开发管理提供参考。
Learning lessens from other programs at home and abroad, Yunnan Jinsha River Hydropower Co., Ltd. studies the planning system of hydropower development in the middle reaches of Jinsha River basin, which not only promotes the integration of stakeholders and multi-objective development, but also achieves the scientific and effective utilization of hydropower resources. The planning system is firstly practiced in China and obtains a good result in the management of basin hydropower development. The practice can be as reference to the management of following hydropower development in river basin.
