百合新种质苗期耐热性比较 被引量:3

Heat tolerance comparison of new hybrid species of Lilium at seedling stage

摘要 以鉴定为真杂种的3个远缘杂交新种质‘Snow Queen’×条叶百合、‘Snow Queen’×川百合和‘SnowQueen’×细叶百合及其亲本组培苗为材料,对其进行梯度温度处理(25、28、31、34、37、40℃),测定不同处理下幼苗叶片游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性、叶绿素荧光参数以及根系活力等抗性生理指标的变化。结果表明:31℃处理下幼苗表现出一定的耐热性,37℃幼苗受到自身难以调节恢复的严重热害;3个杂交种质耐热性均优于母本,表现出一定的杂种优势;3个杂交种质相比,‘Snow Queen’×川百合耐热性强,‘Snow Queen’×条叶百合次之,‘Snow Queen’×细叶百合最弱。 Seedlings of three new hybrid species of Lilium (‘Snow Queen’× Lilium callosum ‘Snow Queen’ × L. davidii and ‘Snow Queen’× L. pumilum) and their parents were treate in chambers at different temperatures of 25, 28, 31, 34, 37 and 40 ℃, and their changes ot physiological resistance indexes such as proline content, soluble protein content, SOD activity, chlorophy Ⅱ fluorescence parameters and root activity were determined. The results showed that all the seedlings appeared heat tolerance at 31 ℃, but were badly hurt at 37 ℃. The heat tolerance of the three species were better than their female parents, which showed heterosis in a certain extent. There were some differences of heat tolerance among the three species. The ranks in heat tolerance of the three were ‘Snow Queen’ × L. davidii , ‘Snow Queen’× L. callosum, and ‘Snow Queen’× L. purnilum.
