摘要
针对目前国内智能电能表质量评价系统稀缺的实际情况,介绍了一种智能电能表全生命周期的质量评价模型,其中包含三角模糊层次分析法和缺陷扣分法。利用三角模糊层次分析法建立智能电能表全生命周期质量层次模型,并给出各层次评价指标,然后基于缺陷扣分法为各层次指标打分,利用三角模糊数层次分析法计算各指标权重,最后加权得到智能电能表质量综合评价。并以某厂商单相智能电能表为实例,验证了该模型的可靠性和合理性。
According to the real situation of lack of quality evaluation system on smart meter in rural areas of China, this paper introduces a full life-cycle quality evaluation model of smart meter which contains the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based on triangular fuzzy number and the defect deduction method. The AHP based on triangular fuzzy number is used to establish the full life-cycle quality hierarchical model of smart meter and make the evaluation at all levels. Evaluation at all levels is scored based on the defect deduction method and the AHP based on triangular fuzzy number is used to calculate the index weight of evaluation. Finally, we get the smart meter weighted quality evaluation. The single-phase smart meter of a manufacturer is introduced as an example to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the model.
