摘要
泛在知识环境给高校图书馆的发展带来了新的机遇,也使高校图书馆发生了很大的改变。为更好地服务于用户,高校图书馆应该调整服务策略,把以用户需求为导向的信息服务理念贯穿于为用户提供信息服务的整个过程之中,采用多元化、学科化、协作服务等方式拓展服务领域,加大信息服务的广度与深度。
The ubiquitous knowledge environment brings the new opportunity to the development of the university library, and also makes the university library changed. In order to serve the users better, the university library should adjust its service strategy, put the user needs as its information service guide concept throughout the entire process which provide information services to the users, and use plurality, subject, collaboration services and some else service areas to increase the breadth and depth of information consulting services.
