摘要
介绍了一种适用于高压电力巡线的机载稳定吊舱。首先,针对巡线的高清晰度图像需求,介绍了系统的功能和组成,选择了高清相机,从成像系统和人眼观察2个方面分析巡线系统对吊舱稳定精度的要求。其次,为实现高精度稳定,在分析振动来源的基础上,采用主被动减振方式抑制直升机振动。通过稳定精度检验,稳定吊舱稳定精度优于30μrad。最后,对巡线稳定吊舱进行实际挂飞实验,结果表明,该机载稳定吊舱成像质量清晰、稳定,满足电力巡线要求。
An airborne stable pod for high voltage electricity-line-cruising is described.Firstly,a high definition camera is adopted through a comparison of the pod stable precision effect of the imaging system with that of eye overview,according to the requirement of the high clarity image of line-cruising.Secondly,an analysis of stable precision of the stable pod is made according to the image development setting and eye overview.In order to attain stability of high precision,the vibration of helicopter is restrained by positive and passive oscillation reduction.The results of precision test show that the stable precision is better than 30 μrad.Finally,an experiment on the stable pod in actual flight is carried out,and the results of which show that the quality of imaging is excellent and up to the requirement of electricity-line-cruising.
