摘要
简要介绍了中国元明粉行业"十一五"期间的发展状况,据此提出了改造元明粉生产抽真空装置,有效利用二次蒸汽,提高热能利用率。简要叙述了元明粉生产工艺及特点。为改造工作提供可靠的理论依据,应用大量资料数据详细计算二次蒸汽热能及化矿所需热量,并对抽真空系统的冷凝器进行设计选型,制定改造的实施办法。通过对真空装置的改造,实现了节能降耗、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的目的。
Development status of anhydrous sodium sulfate industry in China during the period of the 1 lth Five-Year Plan was briefly introduced.Hereby the improvement of vacuum device in anhydrous sodium sulfate production was put forward so as to effectively utilize the secondary steam and raise the utilization rate of heat energy.The manufacturing process and char- acteristics of anhydrous sodium sulfate were described in brief.In order to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the improve- ment, the heat energy of secondary steam and the mineral-dissolving required heat were carefully calculated by referring to mass of data.The design and model selection were made for the condenser of vacuum system and the implementation mea- sures of improvement were also established.Through the improvement for the vacuum system, the target of energy saving and consumption reduction, production cost decline, and economic benefit increase was realized.
