摘要
用不同的包埋载体和方法 ,将光合细菌包埋固定 ,分别进行城市污水处理的实验 ,研究不同方法固定菌体的活性 ,各种载体的优缺点及污水处理效果。结果表明 :使用海藻酸钙为载体 ,较易操作 ,球体物理强度较好 ,菌体亦表现良好活性 ,对污水处理 96h后 ,CODcr去除率达 90 %以上。
A Study on immobilizing photosynthetic bacteria with different materials,and some tests dealing with waste water of Funan River in Chengdu had been done.The results showed that immobilization with calcium alginate was easy to photosynthetic bacteria ,the COD cr of sewage were removed by 90%.
