氢氧化镁改性硅藻土对酸性品红的吸附 被引量:6

ADSORPTION OF ACID FUCHSINE BY MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE-MODIFIED DIATOMITE

摘要 以MgCl2及NaOH为起始原料,采用固相研磨法获得氢氧化镁改性硅藻土,利用XRD、SEM、液氮吸附-脱附法及EDX等手段对改性前后的硅藻土进行表征。研究了氢氧化镁改性硅藻土对酸性品红溶液的脱色效果,考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、pH、温度和NaCl添加量等因素对吸附脱色率的影响。结果表明,当改性硅藻土投加量为6 g/L,吸附时间为60 min,溶液pH为6,吸附温度为35℃,NaCl浓度为0.7 mol/L,氢氧化镁改性硅藻土对酸性品红溶液具有优异的脱色效果,脱色率可达95%。 Magnesium hydroxide-modified diatomite was prepared by solid phase grinding method using MgCl2 and NaOH as the original materials.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDX and N2 adsorption-desorption method.Decoloration of the wastewater containing acid fuchsine was studied using magnesium hydroxide-modified diatomite.The effects of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time,pH value,temperature and NaCl concentration were investigated.The results showed that the removal efficiency of acid fuchsine by magnesium hydroxide-modified diatomite could reach up to 95% when adsorbent dosage was 6 g/L,adsorption time was 60 min,pH value was 6,temperature was 35 ℃ and NaCl concentration was 0.7 mol/L.
