摘要
从提高建筑业整体绩效的现实需求出发,在对影响组织沟通有效性的核心要素分析的基础上,运用实证研究方法对建筑业企业组织沟通有效性与联盟绩效之间的相关关系进行探索性研究。结果表明:在我国的建筑业企业中,组织沟通有效性与联盟整体绩效满意度之间的关系呈高度相关;与合作关系满意度之间的关系呈高度相关;而与联盟目标实现程度之间的关系则呈中度相关。另外,该研究结论还证明了可以从信息的准确性和充分性两个方面来改善我国建筑业企业的联盟绩效。
To improve performance of construction industry, an analysis is made on key factors affecting effectiveness of organizational communication and correlation between validity of organizational communication and alliance performance is explored in construction enterprises. The results show that: effectiveness of organizational communication is highly related to overall performance satisfaction, highly related to cooperative relationship satisfaction and moderately related to the fulfill of alliance goals in china's construction enterprises. Moreover, it is proved that accuracy and sufficiency of the information may enhance the alliance performance of construction enterprises in China.
