摘要
对故障模式及影响分析风险评价法应用于公共工程风险审计的可行性、实用性和有效性进行了分析。构建了基于FMEA方法的公共工程风险控制的广义审计模型,结合具体的审计对象,对审计模型中的关键环节进行了详细分析。结果表明将FMEA方法应用于公共工程风险审计,可以有效预防公共工程风险,通过采取有效的措施应对风险,提高了公共工程的可靠性,为我国公共工程风险审计提供一种新的思路和技术,促使公共工程审计工作向科学化和规范化迈进。
Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method are applied to the risk audit of public works. The method is capable of risk factors of public works in a comprehensive audit. Firstly, the risk assessment method-of failure mode and effect analysis is introduced. Secondly, the feasibility, practicality and the effective of the method applied to the risk audit of public works is analyzed. Thirdly a generalized audit model to control the risk of public works is built based on the FMEA method, combining with the specific audit object, a detailed analysis of the key links the audit model is carried out. Finally, conclusion is drawn that the FMEA method used in the risk audit of public works can effectively prevent the risk of public works, to take effective measures to cope with risk, to improve the reliability of public works, to provide a new ideas and technology for risk audit of our public works, and to promote public works audit work toward the scientific and standardized.
