摘要
将水中的有机组分划分为悬浮性有机物 (SOC)、溶解性可吸附有机物 (EOC)及溶解性不可吸附有机物 (NEOC)三类。分别用 G3型耐酸滤过漏斗及 GDX-5 0 2树脂分离和富集了某炼油厂生化处理外排废水中的 SOC及 EOC,漏斗滤出的和 GDX-5 0 2树脂富集的有机物分别用二氯甲烷洗脱和 Soxhlet提取 ,提取物经干燥、浓缩后 ,用 GC/ MS进行分析。结果表明 :该废水 TOC为 2 7.4mg/ L,SOC、EOC及 NEOC分别占 44 .5 %、2 8.1 %及 2 7.4%。SOC中共鉴定出有机组分44种 ,包括正构烷烃 2 1种、异构烷烃 1 5种、烯烃 6种及环烷烃 2种 ,其中 C15-C2 8正构烷烃的含量相对较高 ;EOC中共鉴定出有机组分 78种 ,包括脂肪烃 1 8种、芳烃 1 2种、苯酚类 1 0种、吡啶类 7种、醇 6种、酮 1 0种、醛 2种、酞酸酯 3种及其它化合物 1 0种 ,其中苯酚类、邻苯二甲酸正丁酯及 1 -甲基环己醇含量相对较高。
Total organic carbon (TOC) in wastewater was classified as suspended organic carbon (SOC),dissolved extractable organic carbon (EOC), and dissolved non extractable organic carbon (NEOC) SOC and EOC in the wastewater discharged from a refinery were isolated and preconcentrated using Model G 3 core funnel (pore size 16~30μm)and GDX 502 resin (styrene divinylbenzene copolymer, 40~60 mesh), and subsequently eluted and extracted with methylene chloride, respectively Analyses of the extracts were perfomed by GC/MS The results indicated: TOC measurement in this wastewater was 27 4 mg/L, and SOC, EOC,and NEOC accounted for 44 5%, 28 1% and 27 4%, respectively 44 Organic components were identified in SOC (methylene chloride extracts from G 3 core funnel), including 21 n alkanes, 15 iso alkanes, 6 alkenes, and 2 cycloalkanes,of these compounds, the relative contents of n C 15 ~n C 28 were higher 78 Organic compounds were observed in EOC(methylene chloride extracts from GDX 502 resin), including 18 alkanes, 12 aromatic hydrocarbons, 10 phenolic compounds, 7 pyridines, 6 alcohols, 10 ketones, 2 aldehydes, 3 phthalates, as well as 10 others, the majority of the organic components were phenolic compounds, phthalates, and 1 methylcyclohexanol
