摘要
采用“填脉冲式”相位测量方案设计的测相卡 ,可以测量信号在某一时刻的相位 ,并可以实现计数功能 ;对于频率不大于 1 0 k Hz的信号 ,相位测量误差小于 0 .1°;对 1 k Hz的信号测量实验表明测相卡的单次测量精度为 0 .0 4 5°;文章分析了主要的误差因素 ,并指出了设计中的注意事项。
The phase of a signal at certain time can be measured by a phase measuring card designed with filling pulse type phase measuring concept and the counting function can be obtained.The phase measuring error for the signal that its frequency is not more than 10kHz is less than 0.1°.The measuring experiments for the 1kHz signal show that the single measuring accuracy of the measuring card is 0.045°.The main error factors are analyzed and the notice in design is pointed out in the paper.
