摘要
用激光二极管 L D 抽运 Nd:YVO4 晶体 ,采用四镜环形腔 ,腔内放置 TGG晶体和λ/ 2波片 ,组成光学单向器 ,利用 KTP内腔倍频技术 ,实现稳定的单频绿光输出 ,最大单频绿光输出 4 0m W,光 -光转换效率为 6 % .
The ring laser of diode laser pumped Nd∶YVO 4 crystal has been obtained by an optic coupling system. Four mirrors ring resonator was adopted. The optic diode consists of a TGG crystal and a half wave plate placed in cavity. With KTP crystal for intracavity frequency doubling, the green light with maximum output power of 40 mW and the optical conversion efficiency of 6% was obtained.
