摘要
结合具体工程实例,针对某工程顶板超大超厚大体积混凝土采用冷却水循环的应用,分析了冷却水循环管系统的设计、安装及运行中注意的事项,并介绍了在外部采取的保温养护措施,实践证明,在顶板大体积混凝土中应用水管冷却进行温控和防裂是行之有效的。
Combining with specific project example, based on an engineering roof super big and thick mass concrete using cooling water circulation application, analyzed the matters need attention in design, installation and operation of cooling water circulating pipe system, and introduced external insulation conservation measures, the practice proved, application of pipe cooling to temperature control and crack prevention in roof mass concrete was effective.
