摘要
通过上海第十七棉纺织厂改造项目,诠释了建构理念在旧建筑改造中的应用情况,探讨了旧建筑再利用的设计方法,阐明了建构理念在旧建筑改造中的地位,从而为今后旧建筑改造指明了方向。
Through the reconstruction project of seventeenth cotton textile factory in Shanghai, this paper interpreted the application situation of construction theory in old buildings reconstruction, explored the design methods of old building reuse, elaborated the position of construction concept in old buildings reconstruction, so as to point out direction for future old buildings reconstruction.
